For more than 3 decades, the Messina & Sons team has created residential and commercial masterpieces from structural design through project build/ completion. President and Founder Anthony Messina has worked on multi-million dollar projects, both in the public and private sectors. Anthony has served as a project manager and superintendent and most roles in between. A graduate of the esteemed M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management at the University of Florida, and a licensed General Contractor, he has  worked on notable projects such as Chiefland Middle High School, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium and Tioga Town Center to name a few. With a passion for real estate development and residential new construction, Anthony has an attention to detail and an intuitive project management  process.  A family owned and operated company, Anthony is joined by sons Tyler, Nicholas and Aidan and his wife Dana. In their spare time, the Messina's like to travel, flip houses, serve in their Church and cheer on the Gators!
